Aarthi and Peter’s Mehendi

For Aarthi and Peter’s Mehendi, we wanted to have a little fun with the decor. Think English garden vibes crashing a vintage colonial villa! The villa’s beautiful double-height spaces gave us the perfect playground to go big on drama, with soft, flowy pink drapes adding movement and magic from above. Beaded curtains brought in playful little details, while vintage furniture kept the old-world charm alive. We mixed in cheerful blooms, pops of fresh colours, and a few bold geometric twists just to keep things unexpected. A little walk down memory lane came in the form of a photo-frame room divider filled with moments from the couple’s story. And, as always, a touch of local, wreaths of erukkampoo peeking through the setup, adding a little surprise and a whole lot of charm in just the right places.
